An online bridge of scientific collaboration
The Ukrainian-Turkish Center for Scientific and Technological Research is the product of a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in education, research and development between NTU's "KPI" and İTÜ signed in July 2017. The Ukrainian-Turkish Center for Scientific and Technological Research was opened last month by our Rector, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Karaca and NTU “KhPI” Rector, Prof. Dr. Sokol E.I. The website which is now online, will serve as a bridge of scientific collaboration between Turkey and Ukraine.
At the center, joint research and development of innovative technologies is planned, in fields such as electronics, engineering and aviation. The center is expected to contribute to the exchange of academics, to support burgeoning ideas and for start-ups to develop and is expected to be a place where knowledge that can be commercialized is built up. The center will also be İTÜ's incubation center abroad, at the same time it standing out as a center of technology transfer.
